    How desperate for cash they must be to issue shares rather than just dig it up and get clients to pay for it.

    Most weird and that along with Dir buys and the timing makes me squirm.

    There will never be any market forces on the shareprice if the company keeps issueing shares.

    Be silly to ask what the $ are for?
