23 Billion for new mills .One wonders how big they will be and how many mills you can get for 23 billion .
At 4.7 billion to develop SDL you could get 4.89 mines and infrastructure .
Makes EIO LOOK good to me.
To spend that sort of cash you would expect steel production to continue for a very long time at these levels or above .
