perhaps the driver is government and speculation that Hazelwood decision needs to be made once COLDRY DFT completed and assessed .
As for funding relating to the 6 million ,ECT are applying for funding under the ALDP ASX announced,now how could the company proceed with the decision to do so unless it met the relevant criteria.
all the details will be revealed once the short list for ALDP is made available ... IMO COLDRY will be one of the 4.
