The first payment from Bentleys to the Fund is only $3.02 million. The NSX announcement does not include information as to how and when this will be distributed. I would certainly expect that those who held units in the PIf in 2007 when the money was missapropriated from the Fund will be the ONLY beneficiaries of any money recovered.
