They could have a small resource out this year, although they will have to work for it.
There is some benefit in this as some people will not invest in the 'undefined'.
However the great news for IVR is really the pulling of ODX.
Trying to get workers and equipment at the same time as BHP was spendng bllions was always going to be difficult, this really will drop some wages pressure and make a few more machines available.
