    From my memory last time FKP rejected $5/share T/O offer from Lend Lease in 2008 and SGP took over Aevum at $1.80
    in late 2010.

    In my view, from recent days there is no reason to worry about REITs as property market is bottomed out and improving.

    FKP was continously subject of T/O target from SGP and LLC and potentially from Chinese.

    Apart from current FKP's artifical SP controlling situation, FKP is in the box seat, imo.

    Today, Devine Ltd has gone up 21%.
