It was Don Taigs name that got me looking seriously at Focus.
People pass into and out of your view and they make you take note.Some have a level of presence that says there is something exceptionally special here.Graeme Hart is another.

I cannot say I've been within 100 mtrs of DT personally.However,you do notice who they surround themselves with and how successful they are.The present an external level of ease and are tighter than a knats... to get information from unless your entiltled to it.

I currently have a 23yr old supervisor where i am.He takes a heavy industrial site at ease and has the respect of everyone he comes into contact with,irrespective of age,or position.He speaks and others stop to listen,even senior executives.I too see in him the same unique character and have told him not to sell himself short as i expect him to be head of the table at an agm where i have invested significantly on his being there.The executives obviously think so too,he has just been given a project that many retiring engineers would consider a finale to a successful career.

So these people you watch,another exceptional person is Martin Hacon.He too has risen to a position of prominence,however i have not owned shares in the associated enterprise,nor will I.I will wait for his next move possibly.
