Although not strictly PEN I think a lot of shareholders would be interested to know Gus' other baby QPN holding GM 14th. sept. Res3. to seek SH approval of Director participation in share placement 33.5 mill shares plus 16.7 mill. free options. oink oink slurp....
So maybe, just maybe, PEN might be spared this year?
