IMO when the TOL comes or a short while after that, the SP will be more than $1.00. Hence, any money invested now in LYC will make more than 50% profit. The same goes for money already invested in LYC. If one is sure we shall get the TOL even one year from now, then 50% in a year is also nice gain.
