IMO, a bit more proof of concept for the concentrate and a pathway for offtake and we'll be there, sjl. Those numbers really are very conservative. If I was going to turn it upside down and go optimistic in a revived REE market, and value the whole deposit, then $1B is not unrealistic at all, IMO.
