another permian basis transaction

Looks like private equity firms are continuing to jump into the Permian basis. See this article.

The capital investment is $300mill (initial 200mil) relating to 5000 acres in Permian. Now that gives up some idea of what Molopo's acreage could be worth given a little bit of success????. I think (correct me if i am wrong) that Molopo has 26000 acres.
