    La Jolla may not be in the picture asnymore, who2. From an MDV ANN:

    "Delays in achieving critical regulatory decisions across both the MetaMizer and SunnyWipes businesses has
    resulted in a significant drain in cash resources, and at the same time seen low share market liquidity and led
    to some uncertainty regarding our ability to rely on the La Jolla funding facility."
