shaking out a few sellers.
nothing wrong with that..
we've had some speculation in the past couple of days re: delay with presentation.
imo if D.W was satisfied with the presentation then he'd have an announcement.
i doubt he'd delay it because he was waiting for other events eg: conformation of service contract or JV deal with West Linacapan.
i could be wrong though..
good opportunity for topping up.
