    Whilst the news of a fatal blast at one of the biggest oil refineries in the world in Venezuela is very sad news & definitely not something I enjoy the U.S.A currently imports nearly 6% of its Oil from this country .

    Will only underpin the recent rise & strength of the Oil Price .
