They should do, probably easily. It depends a little on how much of their drilling was devoted to firming up the Measured Resource, versus finding new INFERRED or INDICATED. They have had to do a lot of the former, so as they can optimise the feasibility study and operations. Also in the wet season they would focus on the Measured Resource drilling due to limited field logistics/access. They have also put a focus on getting another 300-450k ounces of good proximal oxide ounces in the next 6 months (this was said month or so ago). But they should come out booming after the wet chasing more Inf Resources in highest ranked targets (and there are plenty). Perhaps the interesting thing is that they might not be in the best mineralised zone along the 150 kms of structure!
I am still waiting to see what the Heap Leach potential of the lower grades is going to be like. They have a lot of this in some of the styles of the mineralisation (not in any JORC) that they have encountered, such as that hosted in the intrusive ( much like the Nogbele mineralisation of Gryphons, and you have seen the excellent leach results there)...this alone could add many '00,000 ozs.
Hopefully they have got enough results from the lab to make some new announcements this week at Africa DownUnder.
People should understand that Ampella has a new PREP lab, not a new ASSAY lab...so they have de-bottlenecked the PREP lab, and are now waiting on the Assay LAB/S.
So in for an interesting new week.
Should be some good positive movement in the gold price.
