I am becoming more convinced as the days go by that ECT' may be taking up their option to secure "alternative" funds.

Why you ask? it's all about timing. Why haven't the Board yet announced a shareholder meeting to vote on the Converting Loan to Monash?

If we are to believe the DFT is due to finish in October! then by the time they announce and organise all the paperwork for the shareholder meeting/vote on the converting loan it will be mid to late September maybe longer, which leads me to believe maybe the funds they have so far will get them over the line.

Once the DFT is announced I believe Funds will be made available by Tincom in conjunction with VCPL to build the Demo plant in order to then be eligible for the Gov't grant in June 2013, if awarded.
The Tincom co-operative arrangement is based on the completion of the DFT. Once completed they will then confirm their ability to fund based on the costs associated with the Design to build.

I also believe once the DFT is announced, the ball game will change significantly, in more ways the one!! The Big Money will want to start to play, which should then start to see the SP move.. how far really depends on a lot of other variables.. My bet is that there will be a consolidation of shares. On this matter I am not sure what the rules are that allows a company to Consolidate? Maybe others on the forum could explain or argue against this point. I just believe there are too many shares on issue to allow a massive share price surge, or do I have this concept wrong?
