- we are told US will be panacea for all problems - NOT
- we are told a new CEO will be installed - carrot with no detail
- SH via super funds(except SMSF) will loose all potential to ever recoup their money
- BTA history will work against them: every potential partner will have burnt into their memory just bad PC dealt with GSK and count on being able to repeat that
- SH will be twice removed for BTA: different jurisdiction - unkown CEO and mgt team, high percentage of SH who have no interest in BTA or it's products
Looking at the amount of money BTA is willing to waist on various exercises I really don't see why BTA mgt can't offer Oz SH a transition period of dual listing/trading facility so we can see just how "wonderful" the move to US will be a and give SH a chance to cash out at more realistic levels.
