Great deposit but infrastructure costs and geopolitical risks make this a swinging pendulum. I do reckon the Chinese are interested in tying up the asset for the future but at the lowest cost possible. Can't see why RIO or BHP wouldn't want to do the same but surely with they would have moved by now.
