EXS have about one month to put out a Target statement now that the Bidder's statement is out. The Bidder's will be forwarded to shareholders.

EXS will be pulling together the information for a Target statement over the next few weeks so don't expect anything more than a "TAKE NO ACTION" from them until then.

After they release the Target statement you can all "TAKE NO ACTION" with a light heart knowing the board won't be losing any sleep over this anaemic bid.
