Copper Trading At Unprecedented Prices

“Copper prices in New York rose to a record, erasing earlier losses, as U.S. factory orders increased for a fourth straight month in June, renewing concern that demand for the metal will outpace supply."
At these prices, companies producing copper or developers bringing on production in the next 12 months are making or will make unbelievable amounts of money – they are probably trading well under 2X forward cash flow for the developers. When will this be reflected in their share prices?
