Most takeovers are completed within 60 days from the initial offer some max out at 90 days this has dragged on for 12 months which as ash stated creates uncertainty and a low current market price.

Again another factor in this story which is ridiculous. SDL is derisking the project and lifting the JORC Reserve for a 3rd party!
