fundamentals aligning, page-45

Don't really know of course but my suspicion is that the sellers today were the traders in for the quick pay-off... when it changed direction they bailed...that's what a trader would do...buy it cheaper tomorrow.

However, I also think it is a gamble, could be an announcement or 3 before open on any day soon so the art is picking the right day as a trader. I'll stick to just appreciating how much copper and how much land AVB have locked in.
