I am rarely for conspiracy theorys, and just thinking aloud, please dont take me seriously,

but is there a better way to not get caught with a deliberate manipulation, or at least semi expected outcome, to lower the share price than have your margin lender do it for you? not my fault they did it. I couldnt help it.

did they try to stop it? be interesting if there is a low ball offer on back of what has happened. be interesting to see what price G get or more importantly how many they have to sell to raise the other 3 million. My guess is they get more than 5 cents! not what would have happened on market.
and the announcement seemed to suggest that they could wrap up an off market deal pretty quick. is that quick because they were already thinking of it.

G lose 15mil shares so far. but why? did they really play themselves into a position where they had to sell. I am very interested what price they will get for the rest.
I will retract wholeheartedly if G only get 5 cents or less for their other shares. I just cant see why G would let themselves into position where they get shafted also.
