Steve apologized about the farm out discussions 'not going as planned' in the JV, they need additional seismic (in 3d not 2d, confirming my suspicions that the 'cost' of proper 3d seismic would be so high it would be better to take a 'long term' view and try and make la bella profitable in 2 years or so. I don't understand why so many people are still holding their breath for a 'JV' announcement.
Problem is, salaries still need to get paid.
