Well, I interpret this positively in two ways.
Firstly the board are not afraid of acting if results are coming up short...which they have.
Secondly, if the onsite results are not happening (and they haven't been) then the GM must accept responsibility.
My gut feel is that DS going was also board inspired.
Could be a case of altering the old paradigm...if you keep on doing what you've always done you'll always get what you always got.
A new management team as it were. I'll watch this closely.
