You said Genorah gave Nkwe a loan, not saying your wrong but Genorah should of been paying 25% of the costs associate with all the feasibility studies not Nkwe giving shares in lieu of cash. It's my understanding that they were giving shares when Nkwe first entered the project and more once x amount of resource was in the indicated category. Never have I read that they were free carried all the way through to a bank feasibility study.
