nope owner moved some where else had it rented and just wanted it sold. Just passed up a property with the same agent with 9.1 % return for something i found better putting an offer on soon.

All I hear about here is people blalbing about capital gain. What about property based on pure return ? Long term 20 years prices will increase so just buy em and lock em away
