Notification of Meeting and Director Nomination Dates (LR 3.3.5)
The TeamTalk Limited Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday 24 October
2012.
For the purposes of NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.5 TeamTalk advises that nominations
for the appointment of Directors at the Annual Meeting will open today,
Wednesday 29 August 2012, and close on Friday 14 September 2012.
Nominations can only be made by security holders entitled to attend and vote
at the ASM.
