    Here’s scenario
    By xmas 2012, SOL will settle the disputed say $25M
    SOL drop the bid - EXS SP stay around ~ 30c a pop.
    SOL stakes (70m shares) in EXS will be worth $40M (up from $20M) - Net cost to SOL $5M
    Everybody will be happy and ho ho ho !!!
