Re Posco and Sandfire, on 5 May 2008 sfr announced the securing of a strategic alliance with Korea's Posco. There was a $7.2m share placement plus "off-take and marketing arrangements". You can read the ann on sfr's website,

Miles K and Tom Mann were Directors of sfr at the time. If you read about Tom M on rni's website you will see that he was the instigator of Posco's involvement. Therefore your mention of Posco being involved with rni too could make sense. P has made a poultice (paper profit only I suspect lol) out of its investment in sfr.
