GFNZ Group Limited Annual General Meeting held at Amay of New Zealand, 6a
Pacific Rise, Mt Wellington, Auckland on Tuesday 28 August 2012.
The results of the resolutions placed before the shareholders are as follows:

1 To receive and consider the Annual Report for the
year ended 31 March 2012, together with the
report of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
Passed by show of hands

2 That Mr. David Smale be re-elected as a Director.
Passed by show of hands

3 To record the re-appointment of Staples Rodway
as Auditors of the Company and to authorise the
Directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditor's
for the ensuing year.
