I understand that the share price would be at a slight discount to cash backing based on the fact the money is not yet in the bank and there is no indication of where the money will be invested once it has been received...BUT at 24.5c the share price is more than 20% discount??
Seems way too much of a discount to me....after all parties have confirmed the sale, surely there is only a very small chance the money wont come through....
Will anyone speculate as to why still such a discount...surely investors are willing to take the 20% on offer??
