Good article, but if 4 brokers got sucked in by this, you have to wonder what hope alot of investors would have. I guess it's easy in hindsight to tell investors that they should have been wary.

The bottom line is there should be some protection for investors, in a way, that prevents companies from leading people on with misrepresented information. The reality is, there is almost no governance in the Australian stockmarket.
