Agree Sicemrex. In fact, there are two things. That piece of paper with Shantou and that BPT MUST complete Halifax-1 up to fracking stage BEFORE they get their 40%.
Nobody can deny either of those facts and RJ knows it!!! Clearly, "the market" won't recognize that until the numbers come in from Halifax-1, then we will sit back and watch the inevitable happen.
