there has been a little bit of banter on here about the escrow situation of MAD recently.
This got me thinking so ive been going back through my MAD file looking over some anns etc,to make sure im still up to speed with the beast.
my ramblings are as follows.

page 62,80&81 are a good read of latest report.

directors and other key MGT hold a total of
100,991,821 shares as per report.
escrow total 136,112,857
shares entered into futher escrow of 82,244,697
out of the 88 holders controlling the 53,868,160
this leaves directors controlling a further 18,747,124 which i highly doubt would be dumped on sep 10!
there are a few of the top 20 holders who have been in esrow who are not directors for a futher 6,825,000 shares.

this leaves an amount for sep 10 of - 28,296,036 shares which will be available to be sold onto the market imo.

out of the 88 holders 29 of them hold 10,001-100,000 shares for a total of 2,251,584.
the rest hold 100,000 or more to make up the rest.

no doubt some will be sold but i doubt there will be any cause for panic from holders who had held for 2 years to get out!

i will be frimly holding onto mine awaitng the next run of news to flow on re- production which will see the next re-rate of MAD imo

all figures have been taken from MAD anns.
