    hi guys, im thinking of buying a stock called CPA

    it owns A grade office properties in australia, its only one of 2 stocks that are strickly office REIT's.

    Does anyone know much about this one? anyone have anything good, or bad about this stock?

    Its $1.05 and its NTA is $1.16 and pays about 5.5%yield.

    During the 2008 crash it dropped to around 85c and its been over $1.60 as well.
