i dont understand that line in the pfc management discussion, as the news release on july 11 stated that they have enough money for 2012, but would require 10 million more to make their (pfc) committment to phase one which carries on until 2013, im disappointed that they have not announced the fracking yet and will email susan
tommorrow if there is no announcemt by thursday morning and ask her about the fracking and the funding
