Expected better today after hitting 16 yesterday. Seeing 13 cents today is extremely poor falling below yesterday's open.
I lot of so called blue chip stocks have resumed long term downtrends today with some hitting new multiyear lows. However I am hoping PRR is on a new uptrend given October expectations.
