Also even if they confirm the size of the Browse field, its going to take one hell of an investment to actually get this off the ground as the Woodside experience has shown. By the time they bring in partners etc, KAR will be so heavily diluted that they will prob end up with nominal equity in the field!
I also get a sense that they no-one in this environment is happy to commit to investing in their Brazil project - lets face it, BHP has already come out and called the end of the commodity boom, who in their right mind would now want to invest in a potential field! - KAR has clearly missed the boat and now they seem to be clutching at straws - read their announcements, they are now "hoping" to get an investment - prob down at the Church everyday praying for a miracle!
