When/if fraccing is allowed in New York state is up to their State government.
We all wish it was tomorrow and so to would a lot of land owners. Many other land holders are scared.
Lots of BS about fraccing.
All we can do is hope the ban is lifted.
If it is lifted 300,000 acres (adding both shales - there is some overlap) could be worth a fortune for the company and very good for all shareholders. If it is not lifted then we wait and wait...
