Doug Wilson is a strange position he's on quite a few different boards & every one of those only a similar miniscule holding. I'm not sure what to make of the money where your mouth is thing but he has held strong senior mangement positions throughout the sector over many years maybe simply investing isn't really a thing for him happy to just work for his wage ? Wouldn't be the first.

Curnock Cooke couldn't really answer or speculate as to why he doesn't have a vested interest but again along with DW has the deepest connections across the sector at a corporate level - if someone is going to sell the company it's him.
The directors with the largest investments in the company are also those most active in its growth - Paul Watt, Nick Woolf, Richard Hopkins, Bruce McHarrie.
