...and here's Andrew Bolt once again trying to distort the facts to justify his own argument. Having already been cut down once by Media Watch, he now asserts that the Islamic Information Services Network of Australia (IISNA) website offers this advice: "In regard to non-Muslims who are at war with the Muslims and do not have a peace treaty with the Muslims or are not living under Muslim rule, then Muslims are commanded to kill them . . .". This is plainly false, as this advice is provided on a different website, but which the IISNA website has a link to. For Bolt to imply that the sentiments expressed on this other website are those of the IISNA, just because it carries a link to this site is exactly the sort of misleading journalism that Media Watch is there to report on. For Bolt to then accuse them of being apologists for Muslim Radicals because of this is just more of the same smokescreen.
He does this all the time, its so transparent and it annoys the sh!t out of me that so many people seem unable to see through it. I suppose its because the people that agree with whatever point he is trying to make choose not to see through it.
He does it again later on in his article when having a go at SBS, but my point is made so I won't bang on any further about it. All I'll say is tha Media Watch must love his writing, for them its like shooting fish in a barrel.
