    Once shipping sorted etc you would imagine they would come for PLV, i mean why support with interest free terms, all makes sense to me, get PLV in bed, get PLV mining, hook up contratcs for further ore expansion/shipping, then take them over for a small premium around the 35c mark that they initially wanted in at.
