Mav, kiln can be heated up while ore is in transport, so by the time ore reaches processing plant, its ready to go in straight away,
I think after 7 months of TOL waiting all other little things at the plant has been solved, hence the announcement of phase 1 1005 complete!!!
All we need is the darn TOL issued!!!
