He said it was a fair offer as there was no other offer.
He asked Gioulio if he was happy with the offer and was told yes.
Gioulio was then asked if he thought the share holders would except the offer and was told yes.
I told them both that as far as most long term small share holders were concerned,we were not happy with the offer.
I showed him some items of comments and pointed out the difference between what SDL have shown as resource figures, what Hanlong have been publishing and what I believe will be the sort of final resource figures.
Rio Tinto pulled out of the Gabon tenemeents in 2008 I was told by the Rio guy.
