I agree with Guilio that it is a fair offer as their are no other offers.
I would also suggest that many of us shareholders would take 45 in a heartbeat. Me included. I am very pleased to read that the SDL Board are in the world of reality, thank God for that. Otherwise we may be in serious trouble (we may be in it anyway).
I am afraid that resource figures mean very little if the IO stays in the ground.
Although I do expect that Morgan Stanley is right that we will see a rebound in IO in the next month or so, I think it is fair to say that long term prices look less bullish than they did months ago.
SDL will have my vote and many otehrs for 45 if we are lucky enough to get to that stage. As I said, true believers need to out their money where their mouth is and buy up at these levels.
Oh and if shareholders say, sorry we are out of money, sell the heads and buy a mini or CFD. Leverage up. Are we game? Or are we not that confident.
