    The Consortium through Feng Hua Mining Investment Holding comprises:

    - Guangdong Fenghua Advanced Technology (Holding) Co., Ltd. (Fenghua);
    - Guangdong Rising Assets Management Co., Ltd (GRAM);
    - Guangdong Corporation of Geology and Mineral (GGM); and
    - Lite Smooth Investment Limited (LSI).

    GRAM, Fenghua and GGM are deemed state-owned enterprises of the People’s Republic of China.
