Healyn a couple of refreshers the most important part is where Intec got payment not long after admin called in so IMO Hunan Corp wanted them on good terms for the future....... I mentioned this at the time that it seemed unusual as i don't think they were a secured creditor by doing test work etc.......
So were ducks getting lined up by Hunan early on??

Browns Sulphide Project
End 2009
Although the Intec Process was selected as a key component to the overall flowsheet for the polymetallic Browns Sulphide ore, the project was delayed indefinitely following Compass Resources being put into administration in January 2009. While Intec expects to resume paid testwork for the application of the Intec Process to this project, no further work was conducted during the December 2009 Quarter.

For example, the highly promising potential application of the Intec Process to the large polymetallic Browns Sulphide Project in the Northern Territory was significantly delayed after its owner Compass
Resources went into administration in January 2009. It should be noted however that Intec has continued encouraging technical co-operation with Hunan Nonferrous Metals Corporation, the 50/50 Browns Sulphide Project joint venture partner, that has ensured payment to Intec of all outstanding process development and testwork fees to date.


July 2010
Intec has continued to advance its proprietary application of the Intec Process to unlock the value of the Browns Sulphide bulk concentrate, in respect of which technology the company retains full intellectual property rights.
