So as not to clutter the board I am posting here.
One Lynas shareholer told me that MCP might be thinking of processing the Patinga mine tailings that came with Neo Materials which are heavy with REEs. So we shouldn't be surprised when MCP does it. We would be producing for some time now if not for the TOL. Having Najib win the election is critical though, because Anwar, Fussy and company are X the unknown.
