I suspect a CR would fail at this time due to the lack of direction The questions that are important do not relate to the past but to the future such as

When is the strategic review due to finish
Who is conducting the strategic review
Is any one being considered as new CEO
It is on the basis of the answers to these questions that we will be able to see if a CR is possible
On the positive side we have defined assetts theres a lot of companies out there that havent got that far
